Access on foot

Take a day to hike and discover our site. 

You can hike through unspoilt nature, following in the footsteps of the pioneers of caving exploration. Entrance tickets and a map are available at the Arrakotchepia reception area. From there, a marked trail of 4 kilometres and 450 metres of elevation gain follows the GR10 and then the Arphidia ravine, leading you to the "Dominique Prébende" hut near the cave entrance. The tour guide will meet you there. Picnic
tables and a covered terrace are available in front of the hut. Please note: there is no drinking water on site.

Depending on your fitness level, allow between 1.5 and 2.5 hours to walk to the cave entrance. Don't miss the start of your tour! Feel free to add 30 minutes to change and recharge your batteries.

A €5 discount per admission ticket is offered to visitors arriving on foot for sightseeing tours.
